In this position, you will be the Project Construction Manager for Tool Install Projects inclusive of layout dependent scope associated with progressive build and Process Specific Specialty Systems. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program
- Assessing risk and identifying issues
- Monitoring progress against schedule
- Coordinating resources with other functions
- Reviewing user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity
- Responsible for the development and implementation of virtual factory processes and systems influencing repeatable performance of contract delivery and unit rate compensation methodologies for process specific install projects
- Responsible for contractor relationship and Intel organizational training influencing implementation of standard operating procedure compliance across all active projects. This is a matrix position accountable to Site Manager of Construction as a direct report to CSC Construction Manager
- Owning the relationship between Intel and Contractor establishing the respect and trust relative to ethical business principles
- Owning the management and coordination of support services required on a project providing integration with a site ensuring efficient utilization
- Assuring accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules
- Managing the indirect budget, forecasting trades resources, resolving resource conflicts, and coordinating trades mobilization
- Engaging in contract and legal negotiations, incident investigation, staff safety training, and project assessment
- Ensuring projects are completed according to project plans
- Managing project team Resourcing and training

Job Description: Responsible for delivering construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects. Responsibilities may include development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, and project budgets, quality and change control. Develops timeline of project approval requirements. Interacts with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule.



job Requirements


You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Industrial Construction Management with three to five years of tactical field construction experience with a minimum one year of semiconductor, class I clean room. Additional qualifications include:
- Knowledge of construction industry standards inclusive of cost control methodologies, schedule philosophies, and project execution techniques providing tactical guidance to the install team
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring accurate delivery of project directives in many facets; motivational, negotiations and daily operations
