The New Home Specialist’s overall responsibilities will include demonstrating and presenting our model home sites and products to Property Owners at various Cliffs’ locations, overall community presentation, building rapport and discovering buyer’s needs, as well as assisting buyers with their home finishes selections process.
Additional exciting areas of responsibility include establishing a consistent presentation that will be given for tours while demonstrating the value and features of the model home as well as the community, utilizing effective and proven sales processes to build rapport and discover buyer’s needs and desires for their new home, developing relationships with Project Managers, builders, vendors, and officials, including sales team, sales manager, and development team members. You will also maintain an effective follow up plan for homes being built: coordinating and scheduling with builder and client, and taking the buyer from inception to finish with consistent communication, walk through, and closing scheduling.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will have 4+ years new residential home sales experience with a proven track record, working knowledge of the residential home building process as well as in-home options and their features and benefits.
