Multi-Family Superintendent

The G. Peterson Consulting Group Inc., has been retained by our client, and established Residential/Multi-Family Builder to locate an experienced Multi-Family Superintendent for a new large project in NW Las Vegas. Candidate must have 4+ years as a Lead Superintendent and have experience with Post Tension Slab construction as well as strong scheduling skills working with softeware such as MS Project.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of Multi-Family Superintendent experience
Strong written and verbal skills as well as Scheduling skills.Excellent ability to communicate and work with internal and external customers/vendorsLocal candidates onlyOnly Residential or Commercial Construction experienced candidates will be consideredExcellent Benefits Package including Bonus, Vehicle Allowance, 401K, Medical and Dental Insurance.
