Description: Is currently accepting applications for an experienced Service Technician. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, organized, with good people skills.

The duties of the position will include the following:

Working with Blueprints
Completing service orders
Customer service
Construction Experience - Electrical, Plumbing, Tape & Texture, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Customer Service/New Home maintenance
REQUIREMENTS

Must be willing to travel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills and an understanding of the construction process
