REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in civil engineering design, hazardous waste site remediation and field construction. The candidate should have experience with grading design, land development and road design, surface hydrology and hydraulics evaluations, storm water and sewer systems design, as well as pumps, lift stations and pipeline design.
The position requires excellent technical writing and communication skills.
