MedFACS Construction Project Manager

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: ServicesResponsibilities: Lead design/build projects in support of GE Healthcare Business Sales and installations. Need to communicate/coordinate with customer radiology, purchasing and facilities personnel outsourced vendors, Sales Account Managers, Installation Project Managers, Field Service Personnel and Government (DSCP, VA) procurement reps in the management of design/build activities. Manage entire bid proposal process for assigned projects; work closely with customer, GE Healthcare field reps and outsourced design/build vendor to identify customer project CTQs and develop work scopes, design drawings, cost estimates, project schedules, proposals, and contract documents to deliver cost effective solutions for design/build services. Manage the design/build process for assigned projects, to deliver quality solution on time. Provide tracking of outsourced vendor performance, maintain project schedules and budgets and ensure ISO 9001 compliance and to ensure compliance with applicable governmental codes and specs. Develop, track and control project budgets, vendor purchase orders and customer payment and ensure margin expectations are met for each project. Drive customer satisfaction at all phases of assigned projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Healthcare Project Management, BS/BA Architectural Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent experience.
5-10 years construction management experience with P&L exposure.
Experienced with leading design/build projects.Unique Job Characteristics:

Six Sigma Green Belt trained.
Experienced with pre-install/install of GE Healthcare products.
