Mechanical Engineer - Rotating Equipment

services to the upstream oil & gas, process plants, pipeline, automation &
control and process & industrial industries.

Currently looking for experienced Rotating Equipment Engineers --
we need three!
Your experience should include work with Refinery,
Petrochemical, and Chemical Plant equipment including: pumps,
centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, steam turbines, lube oil
systems, etc., all in accordance with API standards (American Petroleum
Institute).

This is a contract position with a job duration of 6 months. Job Requirements
Education:
Candidates must have a minimum of a BSME Degree to be
considered.Experience / Skills:
Prefer a minimum of ten (10) years of experience (Refinery,
Petrochemical, and Chemical plant equipment) preferably with a background
working for large A&E or EPC firms.

Should have experience with Shaft Seal Systems (single,
double, tandem, dry gas, etc.) for API machinery.Must have experience with / ability to:
Prepare Specifications,

Review Vendors Proposals,

Evaluate and Tabulate Proposals,

Recommend Vendors for Supply of Equipment

Review and Approve of Vendor Documentation
Note:
Must be capable of taking a “Lead Engineer” position,
responsible for supervision of engineers, and the delivery of technical
documents on a project.
