Mechanic - Small Engine

The small engine mechanic position consists of performing regular preventative maintenance to a wide range of small construction equipment and tools to ensure the equipment operates safely and properly. The position also includes troubleshooting and repairing two and four stroke gas engines, electric and pneumatic tools. May deliver equipment or parts occasionally.Job Requirements

Must own personal set of tools and roll away toolbox and be willing to add to personal tool inventory. Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment and customer service experience is a plus. Must be detail oriented, have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Be able to frequently lift 25 lbs, occasionally lift 50 lbs, and seldom lift 90 lbs. and have the ability to frequently climb in and out of equipment. Must have a current driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
