Marketing Director - Ready-Mix Concrete

Lafarge is seeking an individual to proactively lead the marketing function in driving the strategic direction and performance of the Company within the Ready-Mix product line. Position will initiate activities within Areas that will ensure strategic decision making and market driven response to customers' needs. Main focus will be to drive customer focus and knowledge, lead marketing models, develop forecasts, and lead marketing efforts in the Eastern U.S. Business Unit.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a BA/BS Degree; MBA preferred.

Experience working in global organization, ideally within the construction materials industry; a proven record of working as a business partner with line management; strong background in marketing and thorough understanding of the impact marketing has upon the success of an organization and how it affects the profitability.
