REQUIREMENTS
I.Able to produce 3.5M to 5M sales a year.
II.Able to direct 15 – 25 workers.
III.Familiar (hands-on) with Shop Machinery:
A.Able to train new workers.
B.Able to perform minor repairs
C.Able to create & enforce maintenanceIV.Familiar with cabinet making procedures:
A.Solid Lumber
B.Veneer
C.32mm System
D.Solid Surface
E.CNC (optional)V.Able to recruit new employees, as needed.
VI.Have a good understanding of Architectural Drawings & Millwork
Shop Drawings.
VII.Able to organize Shop floor & improve production procedures.
VIII.Bilingual (English/Spanish)
IX.Able to organize shipping & receiving:
A.Hardware
B.Solid Lumber
C.Sheet GoodsX.Have good computer skills.
XI.Able to create bill of materials.
XII.Able to make decisions in selection of fabrication procedures in
all projects.
