The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) of the Department of Homeland Security is seeking applicants for temporary jobs in Binghamton, NY. All candidates should possess strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Eighteen years of age and US Citizenship required. FEMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Salaries are comparable to local pay rates. Positions include:

Manufactured Housing Program Specialist - 3+ years experienced in building trades and manufactured housing standards and methods to include set-up, ability to train, mentor and supervise staff.

Manufactured Housing Technician - 2 years knowledge/ experience in building trades and manufactured housing standards and methods including set-up. Need valid driver's license with clean driving record for the past 2 years.

Reports Writer - Proficient in developing spreadsheet databases, ability to research, interpret, create and analyze reports and other tasks as needed.

Project Officer - Candidates must have experience in public works, construction, and/or engineering and architecture. Construction Estimator with 3+ years public works experience. Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record for the past 2 years.
