MGR, Website Product Development/Mgmt-- Large Commercial Website

Large scale commercial website division of a nearly 30 year old stable brick & mortar parent company, is an enormous profitable contributor to the company's overall business. Right now, the commercial website division has an immediate need for a Manager of Website Product Development / Management to work in their fast paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop business requirements for website feature development
Prepare Wireframes and User Process Flows
Possess solid technical understanding; applies that knowledge appropriately in interface recommendations
Translate strategic priorities into products that satisfy customer desires in keeping with corporate goals
Contribute to creative messaging about product positioning
Conduct competitive and industry research
Conduct analyses for user behavior on the inter & intranet.


Experience:

3+ years working in web product development; must be able to understand & manage the building & development of their web products.
At least 1 year experience producing Wireframes & User Process Flows

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Visio
Can clearly communicate rationale for interface recommendations
Comfortable working with both business and IT teams
Highly efficient and organized
Works collaboratively; is team-oriented
