Logistics Support

Will be answering phones for the logistics team, coordinating calls and transferring to the most appropriate team member. Will maintain usage calendar for people, cranes, trucks, rigging and mats. Will maintain equipment maintenance records, certifications and licensing. Will create and track work orders. Will be receiving and process purchase orders for all equipment maintenance purchases. Will work with sales support to compile daily manning plan and convey to the appropriate people. Will maintain current records of all field personnel qualifications as well as current records of eligible employees for site-specific areas. Will also attend all logistic meetings and maintain minutes of items discussed. Other clerical duties as assigned. Would like someone that is a real team player, has attention to details and good communication skills. Would like someone open minded with confidence to make decisions and be comfortable with those decisions. Requirements: Must be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel and past experience as a dispatcher.
