Lead Superintendent for Homebuilder - IMMEDIATE NEED

LEAD SUPERINTENDENT / PROJECT MANAGER RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION Professional Staffing Ventures specializes in career path development for builder and developer professionals. Our client, a production homebuilder seeks a general superintendent to oversee onsite construction in the completion of quality homes to be delivered to homeowners. The lead superintendent will also be in charge of multiple projects in progress with others that are ready to break ground and future projects immediately following. **Also seeking experienced Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents for this housing project.* Responsibilities:Taking the housing project from vertical construction to homeowner walk-thru.This individual will function as the project lead for housing construction thus the ideal individual must have solid scheduling experience, knowledge of trades, the ability, experience, tenacity and customer service skills to be successful in this roll.This is a full time position for a highly qualified residential superintendent seeking a career (not just a job) with a production quality homebuilder. WILL CONSIDER out of state candidates with PRODUCTION HOMEBUILDING experience!
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:5 or more years of experience functioning as a superintendent for a production homebuilder. Manage the timely completion and delivery of single family homes.Land Development / offsite experience is desired.Read and interpret plans and specs.Eye for quality.Excellent interpersonal skills.Customer Service focused.Individual must have production residential tract homebuilding field management experience and the ability to schedule and manage multiple trades and subcontracts as well as direct reports.
