Lead Remodeler

A-P Builder is a progressive design/remodeling company based in Mesa/Scottsdale, AZ and is currently seeking a lead remodeler to take on a leadership role for coordinating residential projects. Qualified applicants must have a thorough knowledge of residential construction. This field position will require above average communication skills as the successful applicant will be required to communicate with the office and client base. A working knowledge of email and general computer familiarity is a major plus. Also, bilingual applicants are a plus. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and direct supervision of labor on multiple job sites, scheduling and control of all subcontractors, and general management of all jobs.

REQUIREMENTS
*At least 5 years experience in residential construction.
*Above average communications skills.
*Working knowledge of computers.
*Excellent leadership qualities and morals, action oriented.
