Lead Mechanic

Well established architectural metal company with a Nationwide customer base is looking to hire a Lead Mechanic. Position: Lead Mechanic position with first job assignment fabrication of a large architectural railing project. Quarterly Bonus: One additional week of straight time pay for keeping project on budget, good safety and attendance performance. Project Completion Bonus: $5,000 for completing the project in accordance with plan. (Project is currently projected for one year in duration). Employee Stock Ownership Plan: Awarded at 25% of compensation starting after one year anniversary. Health Insurance, 401k, paid vacation, paid holidays, uniforms are also offered.
REQUIREMENTS
Position requires: Layout & fabrication skills for stairs and rails Steel and stainless steel welding skills Candidate must be a dependable team player Capable of passing a drug test.
