Landscape Supervisor

The Brickman Group, Ltd., one of the nation’s largest landscaping companies, is seeking motivated and hard-working Maintenance Supervisors to join one of our successful branches in the Austin area. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding client expectations for site maintenance and service. Supervisors manage, coordinate, and monitor the performance of assigned maintenance crew(s). In addition, Supervisors support his/her Superintendent/Branch Manager on a variety of assignments. As an employee with our company, the opportunities to grow and succeed are unlimited!


JOB REQUIREMENTS•Bachelors/Associates degree or minimum 2 years of related experience

•Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

•Some horticultural knowledge that permits the ability to train new employees in the basics of the business

•Self motivated and committed to high quality service

•Ability to communicate in English and Spanish a plus
