REQUIREMENTS
Job Specific Requirements:
· Installation of various types of insulation including blown, batts, and spray-on
· Load and unload insulation and other material from trucks
· Housekeeping of warehouse and material movement as required
· Work from various levels from underneath structures to ceiling
· Use various hand tools needed to install insulation including batting hammer, knives, etc…
· Operate insulation blower
· Ability to calculate and measure insulation requirements for each required application
· Work independently as well as in a team· Ability to install other products as required such as mirrors, shelving, doors, etc…
· Other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:
· Able to climb ladders, walk on scaffolding, crawl under house and work in attics as needed
· Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors
· Use of stilts is beneficial
· Able to lift 40 –50 lbs
Certification Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License is required to drive trucks (not required but preferred)Experience:
· Prefer candidates with experience in residential or commercial installation
· Willing to provide limited training to those inexperienced workers but they must be willing to work this physical demanding jobPay:
