Installer (Ceiling Lift)

We are the world’s leading producer of patient hydrotherapy, bathing, lifting and transfer systems for the healthcare industry.
We have an immediate opening for a Ceiling Lift Installer in the the state of Washington. The Installer is responsible for providing in house and field technical support and installation of Ceiling Lift products. You will serve as a primary installer of ceiling lift systems.

Qualified candidate:HS diploma plus 2+ years of college desiredAt least 3-5 years experience in previous technical support position with similar type of products/technologies is requiredExcellent interpersonal/writing skills and ability to handle up to 90% daytime travelWorking knowledge of CAD drawing is preferredAt least 1 year of construction experience, preferably in the medical field (Hospital, Long Term Care, Assisted Living) is essential.

REQUIREMENTS


What you will do:Discuss with internal customers i.e. such as field service technicians, sales representatives and new construction department) and external customers via the telephone all aspects pertaining to the product technically.

Assist with the development of Ceiling lift proposals and quotations. Make physical site assessments when needed.

Track and record all ceiling lift installation expenses by individual job.

Responsible for putting together in cooperation with business support area all training documentation required for service personnel and as requested for sales.

Responsible for conducting in house service training of Ceiling Lifts, Disinfection and other specified products.

Assist with maintaining showroom equipment.

Assist with tech support telephone traffic when needed.Responsible for keeping the sales force and RSD’s up to date on customer contacts made and the resolution of any applications problems.Give training support in field on all aspects of installation and service of specified products during installations of sold product.

Maintain all field installation tool kits.

Serve as primary installer of ceiling lift systems.

Provide advice and support during installation to establish highest possible productivity of installation teams, meeting time and materials cost standards as the site permits.
