Lead Surveyor for Construction Stakeout - #1925
Licensed surveyor with 3-5 years of experience or more experience in performing construction stakeout on commercial buildings, government buildings, commercial sites and institutional sites. This position would require the candidate to perform stakeout computations, prepare cut-sheets, prepare construction stakeout proposals, oversee construction stakeout scheduling, field calls from site superintendents, oversee 1-2 field crews, and perform building monitoring tasks. Candidate must be competent working with AutoCAD 2005, LDD5, Data Collection, Total Stations, Robotic total stations, and GPS-RTK.
Construction Stakeout Party Chief - #1926
3-5 years or more experience performing construction stakeout on commercial and urban construction sites. Working on buildings in downtown Washington DC; new and retrofit public school buildings/site improvements; courthouses; college campus buildings/site improvements; monitoring foundations, pilings, sheeting & shoring, and jacking operations for new and existing buildings; and new buildings, building additions, site improvements, and utilities for various federal, state, county, and city agencies.
“Field to Finish” Surveyor (Survey Tech/Party Chief) - #1927
3-5 years experience performing ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys for engineering design projects. This candidate would be required to perform field to finish surveys on a daily basis. This position will require competence performing both field work and associated office work to produce a finished survey drawing in AutoCAD 2005. Experience performing ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, right of way plats, and route surveys for engineering site design and transportation projects. This candidate would be required to be competent in both AutoCAD 2005 and MicroStation V8 CAD platforms (LDD and Geopak experience are a plus). Candidate will mentor and train other survey staff. Position will also allow for opportunities to perform or learn occasional field surveying tasks. Great opportunity in a growing office.
