INSIDE SALES REP FOR A NATIONWIDE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

York Bridge Concepts is seeking an experienced Inside Sales person comfortable networking with Builders, Contractors, Developers, Architects and Engineers. This person will be energized from setting up the sales cycle.

Scope of Position:
•100% Inside sales (working in Tampa Office) in a consultative sales environment
•Generate new business through cold calling, networking and other prospecting methods, finding projects ranging from $50K to $2M
•Maintain relationships with current prospects
•Initial information gathering on new projects

Requirements:
•Prefer 2 years solid sales experience, preferably in a construction environment
•Highly focused with a strong desire to hunt new business
•Aptitude for technical selling in a construction environment
•Strong relationship building skills
•Computer savvy (Microsoft Office Suite)
•Positive team attitude
