Haynes International, Inc., one of the world's leading manufacturers of nickel- and cobalt-based heat resistant and corrosion resistant alloys, headquartered in Kokomo, IN, has the following positions available for:
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
Individual must be able to work from complex drawings/designs, codes and plans; layout, install, inspect and/or repair a wide variety of complicated AC and DC circuits and equipment including extensive high voltages, electronic and logic control circuits. Will be operating various material handling equipment such as floor-controlled or overhead cranes, prime movers, work savers and forklift trucks.
MACHINE REPAIR
Must be able to work from work orders, verbal instructions, complex blueprints, drawings and sketches. Will also plan, layout, repair and set up a variety of systems and equipment involving machine repair. Will be involved in training an apprentice in the machine repair craft.
Both of the above positions must possess a high school diploma/GED and a Journeyman Certificate in the Craft or 8 yrs. of related experience. Excellent math skills and the ability to read and interpret measuring devices are essential. Strong computer, written, verbal and communication skills desired as is the ability to interact with co-workers.
