Job description


IC Test Development Engineer: Work in an R&D group to develop test programs for parametric tests - the tests that link fab processing to product performance. Integrate information from the fab processing engineers and design engineers to optimize the test and analyze the data. Collaborate to develop testing processes that help improve IC device performance. Provide technical inputs and define requirements for tools, software, methods and standards. Create the infrastructure and linkages between engineering groups to speed process development and drive faster time to market. Provide performance data to partners to improve the models and processes.
REQUIREMENTS






Education
MS in Electrical Engineering required plus 4 years of experience or a BS and 8 years of experience in programming and electronics. IC industry experience a plus.

Experience and Skills
Solid understanding of operations of integrated circuits.

Knowledge of the fabrication of integrated circuits

Strong software development skills
Basic electronic design
Solid understanding of operations of integrated circuits..
