Hydrogeologist Environmental Civil Engineer Water Resources

Our client is a minority-owned environmental consulting firm with 160 engineers, scientists and technical specialists in offices throughout the United States. They serve clients in the public and private markets with a focus on technical innovation, teamwork, rapid response, and reliability. We are seeking a Hydrogeologist with strong water modeling skills to join their team in Orange County, partnering with a global leader in environmental consulting. 4-6 years professional experience in hydrogeology and strong water modeling skills are required.


Project Management


Planning and implementing field investigations (preparation of work plans and sampling plans, coordination with subcontractors, logging of boreholes, environmental sampling, construction of monitoring wells);


Cost and scheduling;


Field management;


Modeling;


Analyzing and interpreting geologic, hydrologic and environmental chemistry data;


Writing reports; and


Assisting in developing presentations.


BA/BS required, MS preferred in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, Geology, Water Resources Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.


4-6 years relevant experience desired.


2-4 years hydrogeology experience.


Modeling experience is critical.
