Human Resources Representative

The Human Resource Representative will be a highly influential position within the sphere of this organization. In response to successive growth, this role has been created to ensure that employee satisfaction and safety regulations are upheld by the highest standards. Primarily, this role will ensure the smooth cohesion of Field Operations and Management. This individual will act as a conduit of communication between departments, gauging employee needs and ensuring that these needs be met in an effective and timely manner. This individual will also champion the creation and implementation of ongoing training programs. The dynamic, ambitious, and enthusiastic individual could really find a home in this organization

Requirements:

Job Requirements:
MUST be bilingual English/Spanish
3+ years experience in an HR department
Bachelor's Degree *a plus
Must be pro-active and a self starter
Must be a "people person" equipped with a great attitude and willingness to learn
Must have a confidence inspiring personality
Must be flexible
Must have the ability to effectively communicate across departments
Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively problem solve
Must be proficient in basic computer applications
