Lantz-Boggio Architects, P.C. is currently seeking a registered Architect (Architectural Specialist / Architect Project Manager), with a passion and extensive experience in the design of housing communities and multi-family housing programs. The successful candidate will co-lead the sales and management of various commissions throughout the nation. REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must be:
A relationship maker and true leader of the entire architectural planning and engineering effort
Experienced in the design of single-family housing and mulit-housing communities
Highly knowledgeable and experienced in housing design, technology, products and construction costs
Technical specialist for construction documents and construction administration
AutoCAD proficient and willing to wear “all the hats” in all phases of the project
A positive thinker, highly driven to achieve schedules, resourceful and able to establish and lead the culture of the project involving multiple user and development groupsLBA Contact Information
