Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Inc. now operates 156 stores under the Tweeter, HiFi Buys, Sound Advice, Showcase Home Entertainment and Hillcrest High Fidelity names in the New England, Texas, Nevada, Southern California, Mid-Atlantic, Chicago, Southeast, Florida and Phoenix markets.

We are now seeking Talented Audio and Video Installers for our In-Home Installation Team for our locations withint MA.

A great home theater is that stress-free part of the house where the magic happens with the push of a button. Each system installed is specifically tailored to fit a different room and lifestyle. Our trained custom installers can install, program this type of technology and explain it in simple terms to our customers.There are four types of installers:
1. Custom Apprentice
2. Crew Chief
3. Quick Response Technician
4. Field Supervisor



RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ability to complete a DSS single or multi-room installation; a basic home theater system utilizing a Surround Receiver, VCR, CD, Tape, DVD and Television, driving in-wall, on-wall and/or floor standing speakers, a center channel and subwoofer per the Flowchart. You will also install speakers into drywall, mount on-wall outdoor speakers, install volume controls, and basic IR repeater system. You will also program manufacture remotes, properly fill out status reports and maintain regular vehicle maintenance.


NECESSARY SKILLS:
Learn new systems in a timely fashion
Maintain high levels of organization
Have a vocational background or hands on trade experience in the following fields: carpentry, electrical or programming.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
HS Diploma or GED is a must. Some college education preferred.
