We are looking for a General Manager who is energetic, forward-thinking and a creative individual with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image to run our Indianapolis operation. Must be a strategic visionary with sound technical skills and a minimum of 10 years experience in all areas of residential roofing, siding and gutters as well as general construction experience.
Position requires:
Minimum 10 years supervisory experience including hiring, retention, training, performance reviews and discipline
Excellent communication skills
Excellent reading, writing and math skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Must be experienced in working with sub- contractors & vendors
Bachelors degree preferred
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
Be able to climb and work on laddersCompensation based on experience plus potential bonus and vehicle allowance. Health, dental, life, STD, LTD and 401k available.
