The primary responsibility of a foreman is to support and direct multiple production work teams. Utilizing a combination of technical knowledge, leadership and team management skill sets, the Foreman will guide teams to
effective results within the areas of safety, process improvement, production, quality, cost and delivery.

Associate’s degree required, or achieved within four years of hire. Solid work experience in manufacturing environment desired. Supervisory experience is a plus.
