Field Operations Manager

SpectraTurf, a leading manufacturer and installer of rubber playground safety systems seeks candidates for the position of Field Operations Manager. Successful individual shall have experience running multiple construction crews, scheduling, timesheets, expenses, and have a strong technical background in the construction industry. Position includes accurate measuring of areas onsite, job meetings, pleasant public demeanor, 60% field work, 40% office. Some regional travel required, occasionally out of state. Candidates in a variety of construction industries are encouraged to apply, those with public playground experience a plus. REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to meet stated customer initiated deadlines.
Demonstrated success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment.
Knowledge of arithmetic and algebra and their applications.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Valid CA Drivers License and auto liability insurance required.
Work well under pressure, problem solve, recall information, work independently with minimal supervision.
