Field Installer, Swimming Pool, Waterproofing, Water Features

Natare Corporation is seeking individuals with field construction experience to train in the installation and erection of our PVC Pool Lining Systems. Duties require detail-oriented work installing PVC membrane systems, pool structural systems and related equipment in commercial swimming pools, water parks and water features as well as specialty waterproofing and water containment applications.
Prior swimming pool or general construction experience could provide rapid advancement. Communication skills in English and Spanish would be helpful. Advancement opportunities to supervisor or crew leader are available.

REQUIREMENTS
General construction, operations or maintenance experience would be beneficial. Previous experience in carpentry,roofing,waterproofing or flooring would be highly desirable. We will provide specific job and product training. Prior crew leader or construction supervision experience could provide rapid advancement.

Knowledge of the design, construction or operation of swimming pools, water features or aquatic facilities would be highly beneficial, but not essential. A background in swimming pool construction would be a plus!

One to three years field experience is ideal. Extensive travel throughout the U.S. is required with typical project from two to four weeks. A valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required. Vehicles and transportation are provided. Lodging, expenses and per diem are paid.
