In this highly technical position you will travel to our customer job sites to support Lutron’s commercial and residential lighting control systems. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills while working on some of the most prestigious jobs in the world! The ability to travel 70% regularly is required
REQUIREMENTS
•5 or more years of hands-on electronic experience performing complex troubleshooting and repair operations on electronic systems and instrumentation
•Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
•A two-year technical degree or equivalent training and work experience.•You must be able to professionally interface with a wide range of customers from contractors to consulting engineers•You must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision•Excellent communications and organizational skills, the desire to be challenged every day and a professional attitude are required
