Field Accountant III

Assist in maintaining project budgets
Assist in projecting cost at completion
Processing and preparing invoices, subcontract billings and documentation
Project reconciliations
Cash flow projections
Cash management and cost reporting
Conduct internal audits
Knowledge of Joint Venture accounting

Job Requirements

Knowledge and skill normally obtained through a 4-year degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
3-5 years of construction experience including- AIA billings to Owners- Subcontractor invoices- Project cost control- Estimated cost at completion- Billings to Clients- Knowledge of Joint Venture accounting- Effective written and verbal skills
Employee will need to work independently while following company's policies and procedures
Must be a team player
Willingness to travel
