Facilities Project Engineer-Mechanical Engineer-Labs/Offices

Major Corporate Campus located in the greater Totowa area is looking for a Sr. Facilities Capital Project Engineer. This position is responsible for the upgrading and retrofitting of the clients R&D Labs, Pilot Plants, Corporate Offices, Data Center, ect..Not Manufacturing plants!! Will be responsible for upgrade project with budgets of $500K to $2-3Million range. Will coordinate and manage the projects from concept, feasibility, budgets, design requirements, BOM's, outside contractors and vendors,schedule, contracting/construction and turnover...Should be familiar with CAD systems,know HVAC, Boilers, electrical, water system requirements..Develop witten reports as required. Requires excellent communications and interface skills. A BS Engineering degree is required!
