General Contractor seeking JOB SITE FOREMAN-SUPERVISOR

We are a general contracting firm specializing in MODERN residential apartment buildings in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

We are looking for someone that can take TOTAL CHARGE OF ALL INTERIOR ASPECTS OF CONSTRUCTION. Supervise all MEP, and Framing crews, finishers as well as the installation of all fixtures, appliances according to the specifications of our Interior Designer.

We currently have 4 projects in construction and 4 more comming up soon.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction • Capable of managing all phases of on-site construction • Electrical and Plumbing HVAC and waterproofing / roofing knowledge.

• Ability to manage crew of 20 - 25 workers • Ability to communicate with and manage sub-contractors • Clear communicator, good attitude, organized • Computer literate on a PC platform a plus • Background in Design, Architecture, or Engineering is a plus
