Estimator - Seattle

Position Description:
We are a major employee-owned contractor with extensive operations throughout North America. We have an immediate opening for an Estimator in our Seattle District Office. REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of commercial estimating experience and be capable of preparing hard bids, negotiated and/or conceptual project estimates.
This position will require producing a complete and accurate estimate which includes the following: Subcontractor solicitation, quantity survey, accurate pricing, MWBE solicitation, and bid day closing.
Good organizational skills and familiarity with computer software necessary.
