Estimator/Project Manager – Heavy HighwayWe have clients that require experienced bridge/structure Estimators. Project Managers for DOT Bridges, Grading, Paving, Concrete, and Underground Utilities. Project Engineers are needed for DOT Highway work, Underground utilities, and Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants. The positions are in Florida: Orlando, Ft Meyers, Naples, Tampa, and Jacksonville.For Project Management, you are responsible for the safe completion of his or her projects within budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards, and to the customer's satisfaction. Project Managers are required for Heavy Highway, (DOT projects); Underground Utilities; and Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.
For Estimating,, A Florida based Construction firm, specializing in horizontal construction, (bridge, road, infrastructure), has a demand for a seasoned Estimator. The Estimator will have experience with DOT work, specifically with structures. The candidate should be able to complete an estimate from take-offs, sub, supplier negotiations, pricing, and closing of the bid.
For Project Engineering, you will provide technical engineering information to management and operations to ensure construction work complies with engineering standards and specifications. Also, cost engineering, scheduling, quality control, start-up, document control, and material control.Strong leadership, problem solving and organizational skills that develop trust of senior management.Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
REQUIREMENTS
