Position Profile:
This position involves working with a Senior Estimator to establish bids for projects. This position will require a good deal of quantity take off. Track leads to a full staff estimating position

Expected Experience:
Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience:
- 1-2 years construction experience in General Commercial Estimating
- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost
- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills
- stable employment background and work history
- favorable reports from recent and past “peer group” or direct senior management references
- experience with estimating software like MC2 or Timberline
- Willingness to work in team environment and be mentored
- Willingness to relocate
