Estimator - Conceptual Construction

North New Jersey based GC/CM firm seeks a Conceptual Estimator with generalized Commercial Construction.

NO RELOCATIONS PLEASE! Ideal candidate would live in Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset Counties since most projects are located in Central and Northern New Jersey.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 12 to 14 years experience. Ideal candidate must have a 4-year degree and have worked on projects in the $5M to $20M range. Must have a good working relationship with the Central and Northern New Jersey subcontractor community. Conceptual Estimator will work closely with Owner’s, Architects and Engineers. Must be proficient in Timberline.
