Estimator (Blue Bell, PA)

Job Type: ConstructionResponsibilities:O'Brien & Gere has a position for an experienced Estimator in our Blue Bell, PA location. In this position, you will interface with project managers and team members to establish estimates for a variety of domestic and international clients. You will need experience with conceptual and lump sum estimates for industrial facilities. Estimates for facility work including pharmaceutical plants, process piping, mechanical HVAC systems, controls, electrical power and distribution. Develop estimates for all phases of a project (conceptual, design, and construction). Develop change order check estimates. Present estimates to clients and project team. Project scheduling using computer software (P3 or Microsoft Project).
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:Desired candidate should have degree in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering and/or at least 5 years commensurate expertise. Candidate should know Timberline Estimating software, Microsoft Project, and/or P3. Some travel required. You will have demonstrated skills in verbal and written communications, effective team building and participation, excellent attention to detail, be highly organized, and have a high level of energy and initiative to meet aggressive schedules.
