Engineering Project Manager

RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. is searching for a Enginerring Project Manager to assist us in our rapid growth across the Southeastern United States. This is a permanent position with one of Atlanta’s largest privately held companies.
Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for managing jurisdictional design and permitting processes for new store development. Duties will include municipal research, preliminary site planning to be used for internal management approval and preparation of budgeting, scheduling and tracking reports form project inception to construction. Select and manage third party consultants (surveyors, engineers, attorneys, etc.) to ensure that all zoning and permitting requirements are satisfied for jurisdictional approvals. Ability to accurately report project status and forecast project completion, resolve conflicts and work in a team environment is necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have civil design knowledge and excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills. Requires at least 3+ years of related experience. Travel required. Civil Engineering, Construction, and/or Building Science degree preferred. Computer skills necessary: Word, Excel, CADD, Ms Outlook.
