Engineering Aide

Our Client, a World-Leader in providing electrical, engineering and automation solutions, along with the right products, software and services, is seeking Local Candidates for an Accounting Assistant for their office in Alpharetta Georgia.

This is a contract position until 26 Jan 07

Job Description & Requirements:

Heavy data entry of processing invoices required.

Prior Customer Service experienced, with talking to vendors and getting invoice issues resolution also needed.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, team player environment.

Job also includes daily mail sorting of invoices received.

SAP experience is a must, Jobscope and JD Edwards experience highly preferred also.

Fluent in Spanish a plus
