Electrical Wiring Instructor – Clearwater, FL

HBI's Craft Skills’ Project TRADE program has an immediate need for an Electrical Wiring Instructor. In this role you will:

Instruct program participants using approved curriculum, and develop supporting training materials, as needed; coordinate hands-on training activities including on-site projects emphasizing proper tool and equipment use, safety, and standard electrical wiring practices; monitor and coach trainees; and perform various administrative and reporting functions, as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferred qualifications include:

At least five years electrical wiring experience; teaching/training experience or certification; strong communications and coaching skills; the ability to work with at-risk adults; strong organization skills; and experience using database, e-mail, spreadsheet, and word processing software. Satisfactory completion of an extensive background screening is also required.
