Electrical Estimator

The Client is a full service mid-sized St. Louis based Electrical contractor that has been in business since the early 1970s with annual revenues around $40M. The company is publicly owned. Their services include design-build; new construction; tenant finish; renovation; sound/video; security systems; data & communications systems; fire protection systems; parking lot lights and maintenance infrared testing. They also have a fleet of service trucks on the streets daily. They are actively looking and have a very high sense of urgency for an Electrical Estimator at this time.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful Electrical Estimator will have the following experience for this position: a minimum of (3) to (5) years of commercial project estimating with an average project size in the range of $500K to $3M. The individual will have the ability to perform automated take offs of material, systems, equipment, etc. and they will report to a Chief Estimator. Prior experience with McCormick estimating software systems would be a plus. They should also have experience with design build and plan & spec projects; with good people skills and a great attitude. Local candidates are preferred.
