Experienced Construction Managers/Superintendents

Jerry's Homes, Inc. is currently seeking Construction Managers/Superintendents to provide on site supervision for residential/commercial developments including single-family/multi-family projects and/or commercial projects in the Greater Des Moines area.

Qualified candidates must have five years direct Construction Manager/Superintendent experience. Knowledge of all trades, ability to read plans, coordinate scheduling of trades plus demonstrated communication skills with the public, subcontractors and homeowners. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized scheduling and be familiar with industry related software. Must have a valid drivers' license.
