Dispatcher / Assistant Service Manager

Primary Function: Assist the Service Manager in planning and dispatching manpower and equipment to support the service call portion of the department activity. Essential Functions: 1. Assist in the assignment of manpower and materials to support service department service calls. 2. Make minor expendable material purchases as required and provide receiving of materials. 3. Prepare control documents for use in reconciling fleet management and maintenance. 4. Assist in the preparation of estimates, cost reports, etc. 5. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience: Educational and experience requirements include: High School Diploma Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office computer programs. Previous experience in electrical service business preferred.
