Director of Construction for leading owner/developer/operator of planned mixed use communities. Located in northern Virginia, this position will be responsible for all construction. Candidate should have an extensive background (10+ years) in residential, apartment, condo, hotel and/or multi-story construction including site development responsiblilities. Stable work history and 4-year degree necessary. Very attractive compensation package with unlimited advancement opportunities.
