Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Manages the design and construction process for capital renovation and new construction projects. Initiates project scopes and analysis of needs for Hospital groups. Maintains and enforces Hospital design and construction standards. Evaluates design consultants qualifications for assigned projects, negotiates and administers contracts with consultants, and schedules contractor meetings as required with Hospital personnel to develop designs. Assists the Vice President - Campus Services in the planning, implementation, and management of the capital program, attending and assisting with presentations to various groups including the Executive Staff, CEO, Board of Directors, Community Groups and Governmental regulatory agencies.



Requirements
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Architecture or equivalent; Critical thinking skills; Seven (7) + years of experience.
