Successful civil engineer/ designer candidates must possess a BS in Civil Engineeering, should have 2-5 years of proven success in survey analysis, CADD design and commercial/ residential land development disciplines within the regional U.S. and be on schedule to meet the requirements to sit for the PE Exam.
