Demo/Asbestos/Environmental Abatement Supervision Wanted

We our a dynamic growing company with tremendous potential - BE PART OF IT!We are seeking an aggressive General Superintendent, Superintendents and Supervisors to manage abatement/demo workers in order to properly coordinate field staff and utilize labor resources of this division. Also, coordinate with project management and administrative staff, hiring/firing, weekly production reviews, equipment/material procurement, problem solving, reporting financial status and project scheduling. In addition, we are seeking a junior estimator for demolition and environmental abatement work.Great base salary, annual bonus, truck or allowances. REQUIREMENTS
*Must be organized and have good verbal & written communications skills.
*Good Customer Relations.
*Ability to supervise superintendents and crews, if necessary.
*Must have Contractors experience.
*Be able to oversee several projects with support staff.
*Be responsible for division profit/loss.
*Proven track record.
*Bilingual a plus.
*In some cases, security clearances are required.
